A connected plan
Rear access, sidewalks, open space, and a streetscape designed to connect with the surrounding community rather than feel isolated from it.
Madeline Park · Hampton, Georgia
At 16 Derrick Avenue, Cultivate is building a connected neighborhood planned to fit naturally within the existing Hampton community, with homes, sidewalks, open spaces, and landscape working together.
Get community updates
Madeline Park reflects the Cultivate approach: begin with the land, understand the surrounding community, and carry that context through the streets, homes, sidewalks, open spaces, and landscape. The neighborhood is planned to feel like a natural extension of Hampton, with rear-entry homes that allow porches, planting, and pedestrian connections to shape the street.
The current photography represents the community’s design direction. Construction updates, availability, and release details will be added as they are finalized.
Our development approachThe plan
Rear access, sidewalks, open space, and a streetscape designed to connect with the surrounding community rather than feel isolated from it.
The initial Belmont, Shelby, and Dana plans bring distinct front elevations to the street while keeping vehicle access behind the homes.
Porches, walkable connections, and shared landscape help create more opportunities for neighbors to know one another.
